Table elements cannot be rendered in ANSI terminal output.
What this means
The ANSI writer (used when rendering to a terminal) does not yet render tables. Faithful ANSI table rendering needs column-width measurement against the terminal width and multi-row layout decisions the writer does not yet make, so the writer refuses rather than emit a broken approximation.
Why this happens
Your document contains a table — a pipe table, a list-table, or
a fenced div with the .table class — and you rendered to ANSI
output.
How to fix
Render to a different format. HTML, PDF, and the markdown
writers all handle tables. If you need a quick text view of the
data, render to markdown (--to qmd) and view that.
