Q-12-2 — Inline Listing Contents Not Yet Supported (retired)
Older Quarto 2 releases skipped inline
contents:records; current releases render them.
What this means
The contents: key of a listing accepts a list of paths or
globs that tell Quarto which documents to include, and it can also
accept inline records — objects with fields like title, path,
date — so that a listing can mix real files with hand-written
entries.
Quarto 2 releases after 0.26 support inline records and no longer emit this code. If you see it, you are on an older release — upgrade, or move each record to a file until you can.
See the listings guide for what inline records accept today.
