A remote image could not be downloaded while producing Typst in the browser, so its alt text is used instead.

What this means

pandoc.wasm has no network access, so the browser downloads each https:// image itself before pandoc runs. When a download fails (the server is unreachable, the response is over the size limit or is not an image, the URL is http://, or the server does not allow a web page to read it with CORS), Typst would stop on the missing image, so the image is replaced by its alt text and this warning names the URL and the reason. Native q2 render is not affected.

Download the image into the project and reference it by path.
